Responsibility
Lidproperty UAE started in 2021 when our founder, Kiros, experienced firsthand the chaos of Dubai’s rental market. As a new expat from UK and Nigeria, he faced misleading listings, relentless broker calls, hidden fees, and the exhausting “viewing marathon” that left him feeling anxious and overwhelmed.
After finding his perfect apartment through sheer luck and persistence, she realized something was fundamentally broken. The process wasn’t just inefficient—it was unnecessarily stressful for thousands of people starting their new lives in the Emirates.
Our “Aha!” moment was simple: What if the property search was handled by a trusted local expert who acted only in the tenant’s interest? What if that service was completely free for the person looking for a home?
